I’ve always been very happy with the service I received over the past 20 years of dealing with the Ross Group. I was recommended to Ian from a former accountant and I used to go to Ian’s private house before they bought their office.
I stay with them because they know me as an individual. I’ve never been ‘just a number’ to them (they really give personalised service). I feel really confident they know what they’re doing: they’re skilled in their work and understand all the rules and regulations.
I now deal with Ash and also get all my financial advice from George, their in-house Financial Advisor, who liaised with Ashley to set the SMSF up, so I didn’t have separate bits of information everywhere. (I’m very happy to have all of my finances together in one building). They interacted well together in a spirit of cooperation which has been a big advantage for me leading up to, and in, my retirement.
